Evening Skating by Barbara Griffin. Children are enjoying an evening of skating fun on a nearby pond. Many of us have childhood memories of skating after school on a frozen brook, pond or lake. If there were no skating rinks nearby, we were happy to meet with friends and skate on the nearest pond. After hours of fun many of us walked home with our skates still on our feet because it was too cold to take them off. A texture has been added to this original image.
