Description
A yellow bloomed tulip with the poem Once We Played inscribed on it. The image Yellow Bloomed Tulip is available without the poem. I have since found that there are two more verses to this poem. If anyone wants the complete poem on this image or any image you can let me know by email.

Apparently there are two more verses to the poem "Once We Played" by Matilde Blind, but most times you will find the poem ending as above. Was your heart then hurt to bleeding,--- In the ardour of the throw? Was it then I lost, unheeding,--- Lost my heart so long ago? Who shall say? The game is over. --- Of us two who loved in fun, One lies low beneath the clover, --- One lies lonely in the sun.
